Student Information:

 * "There will be a sign up sheet and permission slips in the office if you wish to ride the rooter's bus to attend Saturday's  boys and girls District basketball games."

*Pacific County Fair is looking for artists to draw the cover of the 2012 Exhibitor’s Guide Book. The winning drawing will receive $50.00. For more information please see paper in high school office.

* JH Sports banquet will be Monday Feb. 13^th. Food will start at 6:00 with awards to begin around 6:30.  We will be honoring JH Girls basketball, JH Wrestling, JH Boys Basketball and JH Winter Cheer.

* Students- Please be responsible with where you leave your backpacks. They create tripping hazards when left out in traffic areas where people walk. The worst areas are in the Commons, in front of your lockers, and in classrooms in the rows between desks. Thank you for your help with this issue.

* Juniors or Seniors interested in Financial or Accounting careers have the opportunity to attend a one day Financial Literacy Symposium event at UW.  Registration is free and includes light breakfast and lunch.  Event is sponsored by WA Society of CPA's and offers attendees opportunity to meet accounting professionals, and participate in Interactive Small and Large group Financial Literacy activities..  Please let Mrs. Hatfield know by Monday, Feb 6th if you'd like to attend.  Registration is limited to 6 students from RHS.  Date of trip will be May 10th, Friday.

* Sun League basketball forms for both boys and girls are available in the high school office for grades 7-12.

* Mr. Henrie memorial shirt order forms are available in the high school office. Forms along with payment should be turned into The Daily Perk in Raymond, South Bend Pharmacy in South Bend, or by mail or drop off to Erin VanBronckhorst at 727 McKinley Ave. Raymond, WA 98577. If you have any questions please contact Erin at 208-4389. All profits made from the sale of the shirts will be donated in Mr. Henrie’s name to our local sports programs.

* Wrestling shirts for sale in the high school office for $10.00. Please see Jana Maneman.

* Attention Junior girls.....Girl's State applications are available in the office. Take advantage of this great opportunity that not only allows you to attend Girl's State in Ellensburg, but also opens the doors to several scholarships.

* Attention all Juniors and Seniors... Grays Harbor College is once again hosting a Try a Trade day on February 15, 2012 on the Aberdeen Campus.  We are looking for 10-12 students who are considering pursuing a professional technical or trade-related occupation and want to learn more about training programs.  You will have an opportunity to meet with teachers, talk about their goals and discover what will be expected once you enter the college program.  There is an application that must be turned in no later then Jan 30th. Please see Mrs. Silvernail if you are interested or need more information.
